Juan Hoerni - Move Mountains (Cha Cha Project Recordings)

Juan Hoerni’s much anticipated first full length album Move Mountains is finally here courtesy of Cha Cha Project Recordings. Two years in the making, Juan puts together an eclectic album featuring deep, sexy, moody, and techy afro-latin sounds. Instrumentalists such as trumpet player David Soto and pianist / DJ Scott Wozniak join Hoerni along with vocalists Maurice Smith and Danica Rozzelle. With their contributions the release can’t help but be more lively and organic than the average house release. Funky guitars, uplifting pianos, outstanding organs, and boisterous brass roam free across vocal-focused tracks like “Move Mountains” and “I Love It.” The more instrumental offerings, such as “Poppin Bottles” and “Body,” serve to satisfy the deepest of house music heads. This project is sure to keep dance aficionados buzzing on the floor.
