DeLorean Suite - Love and Sincerity: The Remixes (Craic House Recordings)

8DPromo and Oseao are happy to welcome Irish house music label Craic House Recordings to the promotional roster. This latest release presents DeLorean Suite, a three-piece Band from Limerick, Ireland consisting of Jennifer McMahon (Vocals), Tony Roche (Drums/Percussion) and Graham Conway (Keyboards/Production). The trio have spent several years crafting a laid-back, subtle sound which seeks the amalgamation of genres as varied as house, downtempo, nu-jazz and R’n’B. The result is a dynamic blend of soulful grooves, punctuated by tight percussion and delicate synth textures which has found its way already to labels like Slip ‘N’ Slide and Sofitone. DeLorean Suite made their mark with Craic House Recordings as part of its Sampler Vol. 1 vinyl release. This 12” featured DeLorean Suite’s track “Love and Sincerity" which earned the band chart success. Now "Love and Sincerity" has been revisited by Craic House with a superb set of remixes showcasing the track for different moods and dance floors. Reworks come courtesy of Slovakian producer Bollo (Soluble Records) giving the track an Ibizan edge; Brooklyn’s Max Martinez (Aztec Tribalism) with a spiritually influenced deep afro-house sound; Gavin Boyce (Nordic Trax) retooling the track in his lush, UK deep house style; Irish DJ veteran QuestionMarQ (Soma/Darkroom Dubs) providing a floor-filling case of 303 disco boogie; and Craic House label don Victor John Junior with a MAW-influenced mix filled with afro-latin soulful house vibes. Everything is tied together by the beautiful sound of DeLorean Suite’s front-woman Jenny on vocals. All-in-all, this makes for a stunning package already earning support from the likes of Abicah Soul, Davidson Ospina, and Todd Gardner. Dig in.
