Transport Recordings welcomes another fine offering from Italian DJ/producer Fabio Tosti, this time in collaboration with accomplished keyboardist K-Max and vocalist Francesca Maria. Tosti is of course known for his previous singles on Transport as well as well-received releases for the likes of Purple Music, Code Red, Salted Music, and Rule 5. With his collaborators in tow, Tosti unveils the rousing “Like Rain,” a percussive stomper arriving just in time for summer dance floors. Francesca’s wonderful vocals float above an evocative piano and string arrangement propelled by a swinging, nearly tribal rhythm track. It’s a beautiful, moody late night jam, also appearing in a Dub version that further highlights K-Max’s piano along with some effective added percussion. Fabio Tosti then takes the reigns for his Under Dub version which brings on board a seriously pulsing bass line and a deliciously funky four-on-the-floor drive. Francesca’s vocal fits firmly on this mix definitely bringing it on deck for some nightclub action. An instrumental of this mix is also available in the package. It’s yet another must-play for the DJs from Transport Recordings and Fabio Tosti.
